Meeting Lil Mosey

On February 15, 2019, my friends and I met with the renowned music artist Lil Mosey.  Lil Mosey is a young and talented rapper who has an extremely fast-growing fan base across all social platforms.  Mosey's hit song "Noticed" has over 200,000,00 plays on Spotify alone releasing on October 19, 2018, along with his very successful debut Spotify album "Northsbest." On January 24, Lil Mosey started his first solo tour called "Northsbest World Tour." His tour included shows in Germany, England, Norway, Canada, and America.  We were able to see Mosey’s concert in our hometown, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  Before Mosey's performance, we were listening to the warmup music on the balcony level of the venue. I spotted Mosey and a few of his crew members walking out of a backstage door to greet his fans on the balcony level (very clever idea of his since too many fans could have swarmed him if he did this on the ground floor).  My friends and I of course excitedly approached Mosey, not thinking he would talk to us. He suddenly pointed to my friend’s black CHNJS GOOD hoodie and expressed that he loved the CHNJS GOOD hoodies that we all were wearing.  As soon as we heard this my friend stripped down to his t-shirt and gave his black hoodie to Mosey!  Mosey then posted a video of us with the CHNJS GOOD hoodies on his Instagram story. A few days later, I received a message from one of Mosey’s crew members wanted to collaborate.  We are still in touch today.

I wanted to share this story to show how important it is in being persistent and confident with whatever you do in life.  This is because you’ll never know what will change tomorrow!!
